Annual Service

We offer annual service on our products. This service is used by several customers with seasonal operations. We go through the products and calibrate the batteries. Update drivers and firmware so that everything is tip top when the season starts.
A customer has used this service every year since 2008.

Relayservice

In the event of a relay service agreement, we stock a pool with the product relay service refers to. If the customer has a problem with a product, we send a replacement product from the pool as well as a waybill for the return of the defective product. In this way, downtime is minimized.

Our service workshop in Värnamo performs professional service and repairs on most of the products we sell.
Exceptions are a few products that may only be serviced by the manufacturer himself.
